Managing Director
P. Douglas Barr is an accomplished trial lawyer with Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC since 1986, Doug currently serves as the firm’s Managing Director. In that role, he oversees operations and leads strategic initiatives for the firm’s 150 attorneys in six regional offices in Kentucky and Indiana.
Doug’s experience heading a major law firm with regional, national and international practices, offices in two state capitals, and clients impacted daily by the actions of local, state and national governments, has underscored his commitment to the goals of SKO-GOV.
By pairing established legal knowledge, experience, and judgment with access to decision-makers, Doug plays a pivotal role in guiding SKO-GOV clients’ success.
