Dwight is Counsel to the Firm at Stoll Keenon Ogden in the Business Services practice group. He joined the firm in 2022 when SKO merged with Katz Korin Cunningham.

For more than 30 years, Dwight has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, other business transactions, corporate governance, commercial matters, lending, and real estate. His experience spans both private and in-house legal leadership, including roles with a Chicago boutique business law firm as well as another Indianapolis firm before joining Katz Korin Cunningham.

He represents privately held and public companies in acquisitions, dispositions, and other strategic transactions across industries including health care, manufacturing, financial services, communications, and real estate. His experience includes advising on transaction structures, handling negotiations, data rooms, and due diligence.

After more than 15 years of private practice, Dwight transitioned to a senior in-house position with a medical device manufacturer. Subsequently, he was General Counsel for a global manufacturing company, a diversified holding company, and a non-profit. As a senior in-house attorney with responsibility for all aspects of legal support, Dwight has developed valuable client-side insight as he worked with both outside counsel and internal decision-makers. This experience has helped him develop an ability to provide practical legal advice that helps clients mitigate legal and related business risks.

Business Services: Dwight advises executives, business  leaders and in-house counsel on transactional, corporate, and day-to-day legal matters. He also serves as outside general counsel to small and midsized companies, helping manage ongoing legal needs and coordinating with other advisors, including litigation counsel, to ensure clients meet their business goals and obligations.
